About Mastep Atelier
We teach floristry with a Scandinavian quietness—disciplined, graceful, and grounded in craft.
Our story
Mastep Atelier began as a modest studio built around three pillars: steady practice, thoughtful critique, and respect for seasonal materials. Our founders trained across retail shops and wedding studios, refining process over grand gestures. That ethos shapes our courses: gentle pacing, clear structure, and professional outcomes you can measure.
Mission
Enable florists to grow calmly and consistently—no shortcuts—through well-sequenced instruction and ethical sourcing.
Method
Demonstrate, practice, review. Each course ends with a critique rubric focused on proportion, texture, rhythm, and mechanics.
Materials
We favor foam-free mechanics, reusable tools, and stems selected for longevity and lightness of line.
